Commitment
Isocele SRL fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and with the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

- Right to object — refuse legitimate processing

How to exercise your rights
Send your request by email to isoceleconsulting@outlook.com, specifying the nature of the request and attaching, if necessary, proof of identity so that we can reliably identify you.
We undertake to respond within a maximum period of one month from receipt of your request.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
You may at any time lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority:

If you reside in another EU member state, you may also contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Data protection officer
To date, Isocele SRL has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) within the meaning of Article 37 of the GDPR, as its activity does not require it.

Transfers outside the EU
Our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) is established in the United States. The resulting data transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
