Isocele SRL attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data. This policy describes what data is collected, why, and what your rights are.

The data controller of personal data is Isocele SRL, whose registered office is in Brussels, Belgium.

2. Data collected
When you fill in our contact form, we collect: first name, last name, company, role, email address, phone number (optional), country, nature of your enquiry, free-text message.
We also collect, in aggregated and anonymous form, technical browsing information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration. No third-party advertising tracking cookies are used on this site.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is collected and processed solely for:
- Responding to your contact request
- Assessing the relevance of a possible mandate
- Keeping an administrative and legal record of our exchanges
- Improving the operation and security of the site
4. Legal basis
Processing is primarily based on your explicit consent, obtained through the checkbox provided when submitting the contact form.
It may also rest on our legitimate interest in following up on your professional request and on the performance of pre-contractual measures.
5. Recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for Isocele SRL and its executive team. It is never sold, leased or exchanged with third parties for commercial purposes.
It may be processed by technical subcontractors (hosting provider, email delivery provider) bound by contract and required to maintain a level of protection at least equivalent to ours.
6. Retention period
Data from the contact form is retained for a maximum of 36 months from the last exchange, then deleted unless a legal obligation requires otherwise (e.g. accounting or contractual retention).

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may at any time exercise the following rights over your data:
- Right of access, rectification and erasure
- Right to restriction of and objection to processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time
8. Exercising your rights
To exercise these rights, write to isoceleconsulting@outlook.com specifying the purpose of your request. We will respond within a maximum of one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.
10. Updates
